Stock and random lengths in h6/h7 tolerances up to 6,500 mm length and diameters from

10 to 100  mm


To be used for guiding functions, either untooled or with radial drills, ball bushings or support rails
Used as row material for ball srews with hardeness depths meeting customer requirements.
All standard steels such as Cf53, X46Cr13, X90CrMoV18, etc. (some diameters also available with chromium-plating or as stainless steel tubes)


Ready-made shafts with machined ends (standard shaft))
  • for all kinds of (guiding) applications in mechanical engineering or other fields
  • materials as mentioned above
Sophisticated parts to drawing (HP high-precision shaft)
  • with hardened sections, made of unhardened primary material

Materials
The types of steel used are characterized by good thermal wear resistance such as 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2365, 1.2367, 1.2726, 1.2885, 1.2889. Other materials available on request.

Mandrel holders are also included in our scope of supply. Recommended material 1.2714.

Scope of supply
Ready machined (including material), and hardened using either the salt bath or the vacuum hardening method.
